Sasha (owner)Hi I’m Sasha Zamani, hair stylist, makeup artist and the owner of the Ugo hair salon. I’m so honoured to be a part of the Blockhouse bay community and fortunate enough to own this fabulous salon which has been here for over 45 years!
I love assisting my amazing clients with the process of choosing a hairstyle by determining which style and colour would look and suit the client the best for them and their hair type. I have a passion for hairdressing especially cutting and styling hair. I like to show follow up support with my clients offering tips and tricks to maintain a healthy, well maintained head of hair that they can continue with at home. -
ColleteI am Servilles trained, having over 17 years experience in the hairdressing industry – 14 of those years at Ugo hair. I have a large range of clientele that have been with me since I started here, and I enjoy seeing the changes to their families over that period, and I look forward to many more years to come.
I have a passion for people and love to listen to my clients to help create an amazing look for them, whether it be a colour or styling or both. I love nothing more then seeing my clients leave the salon feeling gorgeous with a fresh new look! -
JessKia ora! I am a proud stylist at Ugo hair, and I have been in the industry since I was 15. I started it at a local salon part time after school washing hair and my love for hair grew from there. I have been at Ugo for 8 years and have had two gorgeous boys.
With my young talents and fresh ideas, my goal is to ensure you have the best experience. I love my job because I get to make every person that sits in my chair feel special and beautiful about themselves. I enjoy a challenge – whether it’s a hair cut or a fabulous hair colour makeover. -
Jennah (assistant)Hi my name is Jennah and I’m a full time assistant at Ugo hair in Blockhouse Bay. I love working at Ugo with our amazing staff Sasha, Colette and Jess. We have such a welcoming, comfortable vibe yet we are positive and professional.
I enjoy my job because I get to be a part of the process of making clients feel youthful and beautiful every day. I also love being a part of simple things such as giving relaxing, rejuvenating head massages and amazing hair treatments we provide to just being a part of their conversation and leaving with smile on there face before they leave.
